The Congressional Research Service (CRS) is "the public policy research arm of the United States Congress. As a legislative branch agency within the Library of Congress, CRS works exclusively and directly for Members of Congress on a confidential, nonpartisan basis." (see Finding CRS Reports)

CRS reports are not made directly available to the public. You must request reports from Congressional representatives or purchase the reports from private vendors. A limited number of reports are also on-line via Members of Congress, non-profits, and educational institutions. Some useful collections include:
